This is #8 taco truck to check it out. This one had a lot of parts from a cow a lot of the other trucks use, like the round, tripe and many more areas. I had the carnitas and al pastor which is what I do at the taco trucks sell to be fair with my comparison's. They have a nice covered area that butts up to the truck. Their carnitas did not have the crisp and a good bite which I expect and it was alright. Same for the pastor it liked that bite from the spices and it did not have that orange color. The lady was very nice and when I come back here I will make it in the afternoon instead of when they opened at 9am. That is a big plus.

Tacos were great, the sauces definitely add some heat. Everything tasted very fresh. Plenty of seating under a canopy & out of the sun. They had some good music playing. All around a good experience!

Very good authentic food. Love to get a breakfast burrito while doing laundry next door.

My favorite taco truck in Boise. Street tacos, tamales, and Super Burritos asada and pastor are my favorites. The Best Chorizo Breakfast Burrito I’ve ever had. Call your order in to beat the rush hours.

The food is good. But nothing snagged me as amazing. Tortillas are grilled well, salsas are mild but add a little bit of flavor, all topped with Cilantro and onions. There are a few pickled carrots and onions and a jalapeño slice or two as well. The chorizo taco had a couple pieces of lettuce and avocado too. I tried Asada, Al Pastor, Pollo, Lengua, Carnitas and Chorizo. I'd say all the meats were prepared well, and they all tasted good. But nothing really stood out. Prices were a bit above average. Most were just a couple bucks a piece, but the leagua was $3 and the chorizo was $4. Steep for being a basic chorizo taco with a couple small pieces of avocado. They had a few tables under a canopy, so they could accommodate quite a few people on a rainy day. And parking was ample. It's a solid 4⭐. Just not at the 5 yet.

I ordered the carne asada super burrito. I'd give it 3.5 stars for the burrito alone. It was good but not great. I didn't find any guacamole, there was just a tiny bit of sour cream, and the primary flavor was refried beans. They serve burritos with fresh lettuce inside, which wilts pretty fast. I'd say save the lettuce for tacos. I'm rounding up the score to 4 stars because including fresh roasted onion and a jalapeno on the side was a nice touch. Service was also very friendly and quick.
